DEKRA controls the construction works carried out, which allows the investor to ensure that the facility is being constructed in accordance with the design documentation and the legal regulations applicable.

 

The service is provided by DEKRA experts – the Building Supervision Inspector and the Investor Supervision Inspector - with all the necessary qualifications and experience.

 

As part of the implementation of the service for supervision of an investment, DEKRA conducts the ongoing supervision of the implementation of the works and controls the quality of construction materials used by the contractor. DEKRA specialists organise construction consultations, draw up reports on their progress and control the Construction Log (Journal).

 

The investor is regularly informed on the progress in the construction of the building and the quality of the work carried out, as well as on the results of the control of the settlement, which is also the responsibility of DEKRA specialists.

 

In the course of the service, DEKRA's Supervision Inspectors accept and give approval – either partial or final - to the works; they also attend to the completion of the construction and the hand-over of the facility for use.
