In the role of Substitute Investor, DEKRA deals with quality control of the project works, co-ordination of construction works and control of deadlines for their implementation; DEKRA also carries out cost control.

 At the design stage of the investment, DEKRA specialists also conduct the following analysis:

DEKRA is responsible for creating the implementation plan for the investment and also for co-ordinating and supervising the course of individual works in accordance with their established schedule. The tasks of the DEKRA specialists also include supervision, both of the budget and of the quality of the implemented project.

The Project Management service is comprehensive and multi-disciplinary in nature and covers, inter alia, activities regarding:
