As part of the service, DEKRA prepares the documents necessary to carry out the acceptance procedure, as well as inspects and reviews the quality of the construction works carried out. During the partial acceptance of contractors’ works, the DEKRA expert, both impartially and independently, documents identified defects, additionally in the form of photographs. If the quality of any of the works is questionable, DEKRA acts as mediator between the contractor and the investor.

 

DEKRA experts also carry out technical acceptance and evaluate the results of the inspection of the operation of technical devices
