DEKRA experts conduct a comprehensive inspection of the quality of a project’s documentation for IDI insurance.

 

Inherent Defects Insurance (IDI) covers physical damage to property, caused by such as defective design, defective materials or defective workmanship that, as yet, remain undetected.

 

The project is verified for compliance with the applicable regulations and standards, with the future use of the given investment being taken into account. The result of the inspection is a report indicating the errors in the project and the possible solutions for their rectification.

 

Control can be carried out independently of the stage of the project completed, or independently of the phase of the implementation of the investment completed.
