Periodic inspections in DEKRA

 

According to building legislation, each owner of a completed facility is required to carry out periodic inspections. Depending on the area in which the building is located, these must be carried out once a year or every six months, that is, carried out by May 31 and November 30.

In addition, each building should be inspected at least once every 5 years. Such a review covers construction aspects and checks sanitary installations and electrical measurements.

 

 

Both the poor condition of the facility and the lack of timely review are punishable by a fine.

 

 DEKRA services regarding periodic inspections are:
