• Periodic inspections - in accordance with the requirements of Construction Law, Art. 62 (Act of 10 May 2007, Journal of Laws No. 99, item 665)
• Co-ordination of tenants' work- from the moment of negotiating the lease agreement to the opening of the premises
• Expertise- using methods such as NDT, DT, MES analysis, specialised measurements, laboratory tests and comparative calculations
• Technical opinions- on the state of construction works, through the assessment of the technical condition of the structure, to assessment of the possibility of modification
• Control of executive documentation- overall document management, even for the most complex of investments
• Warranty checks- constituting the basis for warranty claims
• Technical audits- such as control of the foundations, floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, façades and installations
• Technical Due Diligence audits - related to the takeover or change-of-use of the property and technical analysis of the building
• Multi-criteria Building Assessment- carried out mainly in terms of energy efficiency and environmental performance
• Warranty management- a comprehensive service that controls the status of documentation, warranty periods coming to an end, or filing claims for all installations in a given investment
• Diagnostic tests- these check the condition of individual building elements by means of specially selected methods
• Thermal imaging- checks the level of the operational safety of the facility, using modern methods of temperature measurement
