Project co-ordination in DEKRA

 

The project co-ordination service is based on the support of the investor by DEKRA experts during the design process. DEKRA specialists assist the client and provide opinions on the design solutions proposed, taking into account optimisation of the costs of the implementation of the investment, the specificity of the industry and specific customer requirements.

 

Analysis of design solutions consists in checking the documentation for completeness and compliance with the investor's recommendations and the applicable regulations. DEKRA experts point out weaknesses in documentation, critical points and errors. During the analysis, the specificity of the industry will be taken into consideration and DEKRA specialists will check whether the documents comply with the investor's guidelines and are complete. Weaknesses in the documentation, as well as critical points and errors will also be listed. 

In the report, which will take the form of a separate protocol, or of corrections applied to the documentation and prepared after verification thereof, DEKRA experts will indicate solutions that will allow the client to optimise project costs.
