Information clause regarding the processing of personal data:

1. The Joint Administrators of the data you provided with regard to your name, telephone number and e-mail address, postal code and organisation are DEKRA Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Rzymowskiego 28, 02-697 Warszawa, biuro.warszawa@dekra.com, tel. +48.22.577-36-00 and DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, at ul. Legnicka 48 H, 54-202 Wrocław, biuro.wroclaw@dekra.com, tel. +48.71.780-47-77.

2. The Joint Data Administrators agree that they are responsible, in equal measure, for fulfilling the obligations arising from the provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular with regard to the exercise of rights that are available to you.

4. The data provided by you will be processed in order to respond to your enquiry.

5. Your data will be stored in the Joint Data Administrators' databases for a period of 3 years from the date of the last contact regarding the matter being the subject of the question.

6. The basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 point 1 letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 - on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC. Journal of Law EU L No. 119, page 1 (from the date of implementation of the above-mentioned regulation, i.e. from 25.05.2018), which means that the processing of your personal data will take place based on your consent.

7. Recipients of data are authorised employees/co-workers of the Joint Data Administrators who, in order to perform their duties, may obtain access to it and also to the entities to whom the Joint Administrators have also entrusted the processing of data on the basis of a contract, e.g. IT companies.

8. Your data may be stored on servers located outside the EU because we use the external CRM system by Co. ZOHO.
ZOHO is part of the US Privacy Shield programme, which confirms that the company meets European requirements in the area of secure data processing.

9. Under the terms and conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access your data and rectify, delete and restrict its processing or the right to object to its processing, as well as the right to transfer data and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Inspector, as indicated in point 3.

10. If you believe that your data is being processed contrary to the legal regulations, it is possible to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

11. Providing your data does not result from any legal obligation and is not only voluntary, but is also necessary, in order to answer the question contained in the form, then any refusal to provide personal data will be tantamount to voluntarily cancelling the enquiry.

12. Your data will be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
